CHEERLEADING COMPLAINT PROCESS
The Rockets have a very specific process for complaints which must be followed. A complaint form can be found on www.rtrockets.com and is outlined below:
  1. An attempt must be made to resolve any conflict with the Team Coordinator.
  2. If no resolution can be reached, the director must be notified in writing or via email. A receipt of this issue must be received to ensure delivery, if not, hand deliver the complaint. Anonymous complaints will not be accepted.
  3. Once the director has validated the complaint, it will be brought to the board for discussion and resolution within 48 hours. All parties may be questioned and have the right to address the board prior to resolution.
  4. The decision of the board will be reviewed by the judiciary committee, an unbiased group who will review the complaint and decision for fairness and thoroughness. The determination of the judiciary committee is final. All parties are expected to continue to act within the guidelines of the Code of Conduct and the bylaws.
  5. Failure to follow all of the steps in this process will not be looked upon favorably, and will most likely result in no action. This process is in place to protect you, your child, and the program.

Step 1 I have formally brought this to the Coordinator's attention and was not satisfied with the results.
Step 2 Enter your complaint. Please be brief and stick to the facts when describing your complaint
Step 3

By clicking submit, your issue will be sent to the Cheerleading Director who will follow up with a phone call or email to confirm the issue and get more information. NOTE: This program frowns on petitions and complaints made outside of this process. Anonymous comments will not be recognized by the Program. If you truly care about the program and want to see your issue resolved fairly, please follow this process.
